Provence is where the Rhône meets the Mediterranean and this wine symbolises that coming together of cultures. As any expert will tell you, "the quintessential rosé comes from the south of France" (Jancis Robinson MW) and the best from Provence with "a quality and flavour all of its own". PS is an authentic yet original Provençal treat crafted from Syrah carefully selected by one of the region's foremost winemaking families, the Brébans. (We've been buying great wines from their cellar for around 20 years.) Lightly sparkling, very refreshing and at a quarter of the price of rosé Champagne, it's famously good value. Mouthwatering as an apéritif, with king prawns or salade niçoise, or poured over strawberries with a twist of black pepper.
