Shiraz and Friends
A case of juicy, lip-smacking Shiraz - a range of great styles for just £6.67 a bottle
Bold, spicy and brimming with dense black fruit, Shiraz is the first-choice for hundreds of red fans. Australia made the grape famous so you've three full-bodied stars - McClaren Vale's coffee-layered Sabella, cassis-and-bramble Idyll from Victoria and densely flavoured Snaggy Point. At home in France, known as Syrah, it can take on lovely herby notes as you'll taste in Domaine St. Francois. Two Chileans close the case: Casa del Rio Verde is pure Shiraz while Tarapacá sees it married to Malbec.
